SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) – All charges have been dropped against Keil Cronauer, one of the marines accused of beating a gay Savannah man.

The judge wanted to review the security video to see if disorderly conduct charges applied, but has ruled there was not enough evidence to charge him with disorderly conduct in state or local law. The battery charge was dropped last week.

Christopher Stanzel will still head to state court for a trial on his misdemeanor battery charge.
