SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Looking' for a fun way to teach youngsters about wildlife?
The popular Toddler Tuesday is back at Oatland Island Wildlife Center after a short break during the Summer.
Every Tuesday, children learn about animals, the environment, sing songs and after each session students and their parents walk around Oatland Island to see the animals.
Michele Mazzei is running Toddler Tuesday and she says they are very excited to have the program back.
"There's been a lot of research to show there's been a lot of separation between children and the environment just on getting that sense of place," said Mazzei.
They have two sessions every Tuesday, one is at 10 a.m. and the second is at 11 a.m.
