Police Say They're Making Progress in Ashleigh Moore Case

Last night, SPD's forensic team along with the GBI searched one of the Dumpsters behind Remer Lane Insurance for additional clues in the investigation. Ashleigh Moore disappeared from her home last April 18. Police found her body more than a month later. Chief Dan Flynn could not specifically say what they were looking for because it could jeopardize their investigation.

"We are very actively working that case, it's one of our top priorities, and we feel we're making good progress," he said.

Police are not yet charging anyone with Ashleigh's murder.
