SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Police dubbed him the "Shoeless Bandit."  He got the nickname after police say he tried to run from them, losing his shoes in the process. He's accused of being a serial thief. Now this case is going to court.

On Wednesday, a grand jury indicted Samuel Chisholm for racketeering. Police say between June 24 and July 21 Chisholm broke into more than twenty cars; stealing everything from GPS units, cell phones, DVD players, iPods, watches, and cash.
