SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Interstate 95 northbound in Chatham County near mile marker 86 to mile marker 101 will have lane closures starting Monday.
Contractors for Georgia DOT will be installing a double right lane closure on I-95 north, starting near mile marker 86 and continuing to mile marker 101. The double right lane closures will be from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., Oct. 25 to Oct. 27, weather permitting.
Drivers are asked to reduce speeds as they travel through this construction work zone. Message signs, barrels and cones will be used to alert the public of the upcoming changes.
Drivers should be aware that personnel and equipment will be operating in close proximity to travel lanes.
