HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC – A Hilton Head woman was arrested after a traffic stop.
Lisa Lynn Cosacchi, of Hilton Head Island, was arrested Sunday on charges of kidnapping/carjacking and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office was carrying out a traffic stop Saturday on a vehicle at 825 William Hilton Parkway.
