CHATHAM CO., GA (WTOC) – A man who had been on the run for three months was arrested Wednesday by the Chatham County Sheriff's Office Sheriff's Tactical and Response Team.
Rodriguez Coleman, 25, was wanted on charges of child molestation, statutory rape and false statements and writings.
A Chatham County grand jury indicted Coleman in July, and a judge issued a bench warrant for his arrest.
At 6 a.m. Wednesday, the STAR team and CCSO Fugitive Investigators located Coleman at a home on West 36th Street, according to the Chatham County Sheriff's Office. He was arrested without incident. Ashley Barnes, 19, was arrested for obstruction at the home.
