WTOC's Dal Cannady is in Statesboro, where a portrait of Coach Erk Russell was dedicated at GSU today.

Russell left the University of Georgia football staff in 1981 to come to Georgia Southern to start the school's first football program since World War II. Within eight years, he won three NCAA 1-AA Championships.

Lowcountry reporter Jaime Dailey is talking a dentist who is collecting children's Halloween candy and sending it to military service men and women who are serving overseas.

Lynda Figueredo is covering a home invasion that left one man hospitalized after being pistol whipped.
