LIBERTY CO., GA (WTOC) – Business owners can learn how to increase their chances of picking up a contract with the government. The Liberty County Business Expo is 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hinesville.
Forty local vendors will be showcasing their services. Free classes will be offered in cooperation with the Fort Stewart Department of Central Contracting, Georgia Tech and some government agencies, including the new women owned business rule.
Women-owned businesses are now going to have set aside contracts with the government. They can come and learn about this new rule that just came into effect.
Lunch will be provided free by Club Stewart, Shane's Barbeque and Papa Murphy's pizza.
