RIDGELAND, SC (WTOC) - Third through fifth graders at Ridgeland Elementary School learned all about different jobs at their career fair. Students got the opportunity to ask questions and talk to a number of people, including Hardeeville city officials, police officers, firefighters, election officials and even a dentist.
Students said they enjoyed the learning experience.
"I'm learning you can be whatever you want to be when you grow up," said Ridgeland Elementary Student Jada Valdez.
WTOC's Lowcountry Reporter Jaime Dailey also spoke with students about being in the news business.
