SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - The City of Savannah and Savannah Technical College are teaming up to offer certification classes for to help residents get jobs in the distribution and manufacturing industries. The two programs that will be offered are certified warehousing and distribution specialist training.
There will be a series of information session held at the Moses Jackson Advancement Center on Richards Street. The session are being held on November 30 at 6:30 p.m., December 1 at 1:00 p.m. and on December 2 at 1:00 p.m.
Residents who are interested in the training should be bring a $20 application fee and a copy of their GED or high school transcript.
