SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Some big races will be decided during Tuesday's runoff election, including a seat on the Georgia Supreme Court. Incumbent Justice David Nahmias will face Tammy Adkins.
On Monday, Justice Nahmias stopped by the Savannah International Airport as part of his statewide tour to get people out and voting in Tuesday's election.
"We do have an important election tomorrow and the only thing on the ballot are the top two courts in the state, including the highest court in the state, the supreme court," Justice Nahmias told WTOC. "If people don't come out and vote, you're allowing other people to decide who's setting the rules for their justice system over the next six years."
The polls open statewide at 7:00 a.m. and will close at 7:00 p.m.
