Consumer Reports: Cell phone carriers

Paul Reynolds is the electronic editor of Consumer Reports, a magazine known for its ratings of products and services and for its consumer investigations. Monday, Reynolds discussed a recent report on cell phone carriers. According to more than 50,000 Consumer Reports subscribers, AT&T is the worst-rated cell-phone service carrier in the United States. Reynolds said AT&T was the only carrier whose scores for overall satisfaction dropped significantly since last year.  Verizon Wireless remains among the better performers, but Sprint has pulled even with the carrier in overall satisfaction. You can read the full article in the January 2011 issue of Consumer Reports and online at www.ConsumerReports.org.
