Hundreds remember Viola Bell

GARDEN CITY, GA (WTOC) - A trailblazing Garden City leader laid to rest Wednesday.

Hundreds went to Fairlawn Baptist to celebrate Viola Bell who died last week. Bell was the first black member of the Garden City Council elected 25 years ago this month.
