SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Emotions ran high Wednesday evening at Windsor Forest High as students, teachers and family remembered 18-year-old graduate Craig Loxton who was tragically killed in a hit-and-run late Sunday night.
The pain of his loss was still tough to bear, but out of tragedy comes hope.
"This is more than just a memorial. This tells us that we can come together as a community and we can make a difference in this city. This generation can be better than what it is and this really tells us what it is," said Antwan Lang, ceremony organizer.
A funeral service for Craig Loxton will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17 at The Sanctuary on Whitfield Avenue.
