COLUMBIA, SC (WTOC) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation said no further accumulation is expected on roads or bridges. The formation of "black" ice patches, especially on lightly traveled roads, is a major concern. The DOT is urging drivers not to travel unless absolutely necessary and to assume all areas appearing wet, will be ice especially after 8 p.m. and until temperaturss are above freezing on Monday.
