It's been nearly three months since the body of missing 12-year-old Ashleigh Moore was found along the shore of the Savannah River. Today Bobby Buckner, who was living with Ashleigh and her family at the time and arrested shortly thereafter, was scheduled to be in court. The probation revocation hearing was postponed until September 22.
Bobby Buckner was arrested on a probation violation after he reported Ashleigh missing from their home. Buckner was on probation for previous child molestation charges.
