Community to remember fatal Imperial Sugar tragedy

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - It's been almost three years since the fatal explosions at Imperial Sugar in Port Wentworth.

Community members are coming together to mark the anniversary and remember the 14 people who were killed, as well as those who were injured.

Local pastors will hold an interfaith rememberance ceremony Monday night at St. Phillip Monumental AME Church on Jefferson Street in downtown Savannah. It starts at 6:50 p.m.
