SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Many couples tied the knot for the first time in a five year tradition at The Davenport House Museum Monday.
A probate judge was on hand to give 14 couples a Valentine's Day they'll never forget.
"Oh we've been talking about it, but it was spur of the moment to do it today," said newlywed Tobie Woods.
"It's just a joy to be able to share this time with people. I mean, they're so happy, they're so committed to each other. It's just fun to see people so happy," said Jamie Cradle, Director of The Davenport House Museum.
Instead of paying for ceremony, each couple was only asked to make a $100 donation to the museum. The judge wants to keep the garden looking nice.
