SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Whether you like to run or rock, the Rock N Roll Marathon has you covered. They have races all over the country, but this year will be its first time ever in Savannah.
Plenty of people are excited and Fleet Feet Sports in Savannah is offering training classes to help everyone get ready.
"We'll start you out with some dynamic stretching, then some strength training out in the park; down and dirty in the grass, they can bring a mat if they want to," said Fleet Feet Certified Trainer Lydia Depue. "We'll do some flexibility training, we'll be replacing some of the workouts with yoga. So we want people to learn all different types of exercise, including body weight training, flexibility training as well as yoga, a light cool down and some speed work, agility drills, that kind of thing to get everybody in shape as they possibly can be."
