Boy may lose arm after being shot

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) – Investigators are still searching the for shooting suspect in connection with a home invasion that left a boy shot.

It happened just before 3:30 a.m. Friday on the 2200 Block of Iowa Street.

Officers say the victims received a knock at her door and opened it to find two men with guns. Otavis Warren, 5, was shot in the arm early Saturday during a home invasion off Iowa Street.

Warren remains at Memorial University Medical Center. Doctors say his arm may have to be amputated.

Savannah Chatham Metro Police are investigating. The suspects descriptions are as follows: The first suspect is a black male, he has a light complexion, 6'2", gold teeth on top and bottom, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black shoes. The second suspect is described as a black male having a dark complexion.
