SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) – ThincSavannah, a collaborative working office environment in downtown Savannah, is hosting Global Service Jam from March 11 to 13.
Global Service Jam Savannah will run in conjunction with more than 60 other locations around the globe. Jam participants will have 48 hours to develop and prototype new services based on a theme shared across the globe. The work produced will then be published.
It kicks off at 5 p.m. March 11 and runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 12 to 13. It's open to the public.
The event is hosted by Fulcrum Collaborative and ThincSavannah, Global Service Jam Savannah will feature presentations by Dianna Miller, professor of Service Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design; Dave Malouf, professor of Interaction Design at SCAD; Chris Arnold, professor of Industrial and Graphic Design at Auburn University and more.
