HILTON HEAD, SC (WTOC) - Plenty of legal battle over the healthcare reform bill is occurring now a year after it was signed into law.
So South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley spoke to supporters in Hilton Head Monday night about how she's fighting to keep the federal government from taking too much from South Carolinians.
"This is where we stand right now: I support the Attorney General's case. It went to Florida, Florida proved that it was unconstitutional, that was a great thing. I support Senator Demint in his repeal," said Governor Haley.
Haley also said she has set up a commission to study the healthcare bill's affect on South Carolina.
