Supply truck nearly ready for Tuscaloosa departure

POOLER, GA (WTOC) - The Sea Coast Trucking Co. has been loading up a container bound for Tuscaloosa, Ala.

It's almost full. Plenty of people have been donating, including the Army Reserve station on Eisenhower Driver. They dropped off six pallets of water, clothes and medical supplies.

One local college even brought a u-Haul loaded with stuff for the trip. Sea coast extended its deadline to donate.

The truck's rolling out at 8 p.m. Thursday. Those who want to donate can do so at the All-American Glass shopping center on U.S. 80 in Pooler.

Sea Coast is also volunteering to take another container of supplies to Ringgold, Ga.

That container is going up on Tuesday. It will be taking donations until Friday also at the All-American Glass shopping center in Pooler.
