SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - The Gap and Goodwill Industries of the Coastal Empire Inc. have partnered in an effort to  encourage the community to clean out their closets for a cause.

Until May 29, Gap stores nationwide will accept clothing donations in support of the Donate Movement, which is powered by Goodwill.

Then consumers donate clothing to Gap stores during this time period, their donations will be given to Goodwill Industries of the Coastal Empire Inc. and then sold in Goodwill's more than three area stores.
