Charges may be pending for the wife of convicted cop killer Tyree Roberts for accessory after the fact. Monica DeJesus, pictured here in a Charleston court in March of 2002, could be charged as early as February. Police say she tried to help Roberts escape after he killed LCpl. Dana Tate and Cpl. AJ Coursen.
If convicted, DeJesus could be sentenced to 15 years in prison. She's currently out on a $40,000 bond.
