Bill Cathcart: Your editorials  always represent the facts and  hit the nail on the head.  Mayor Johnson recently made a statement that when he found out that there was federal money available to run a bus from the Civic Center to Tybee Island he jumped right on it.  I understand that there is almost no one riding this bus and here we go again spending thousands of dollars of tax payer money just because its available.  Could you verify this.  Will we never stop this spending just because we can?
