Active fire updates

The active fire burning 15 miles northeast of Fargo has consumed an additional 1,358 acres. The smoke has drifted northwest and has been affecting Homerville, Argyle and Valdosta. Until rainfall comes the fire will remain active.

The Racepond and Sweat Farm Again fires have had a decrease in fire activity because of an increase in humidity, light winds, and a good recovery on Sunday. Firefighters will continue to monitor both fires.
