TYBEE ISLAND, GA (WTOC) -
From July 18 to July 23 the first ever Fishing Frenzy will be offered by the Coastal Empire Council Boy Scouts of America.
The frenzy will include camping at the Tybee Coast Guard Base, deep sea fishing, crabbing, seining, intra coastal waterway fishing, and cast-netting.
Activities like a trip to Tybee Island Aquarium, a beach party, and visiting different historic sites on Tybee Island will also take place in the evening.
Scouts will be able to obtain merit badges in oceanography, astronomy, fishing, and motor-boating.
Registration will cost $310 per person.
