Prosecutors file motion to block Cleveland Strangler's request for more money

Cuyahoga County Prosecutors filed a motion Friday trying to block serial killer Anthony Sowell from getting more money, this time to investigate jurors.

Sowell was just sent to death row.

The Cleveland Strangler case is setting records for spending.

Now, Sowell's lawyers want more money to investigate jurors. One said after the trial that Sowell winked at her. Prosecutors say Sowell's team can't go on a "fishing expedition" and there are legal reasons why they can't go after jurors.

A hearing will be held Tuesday, August 30th.
