Family offers $10,000 reward for missing man

EFFINGHAM CO., GA (WTOC) - An Effingham County family is asking for the public's help. They are still looking for James Tebeau, 56, who disappeared in February. They say that he had started to show signs of dementia.

Friends, family and law enforcement organized searches around his Tusculum Road Home, but there was no sign of him. The family is now offering a $10,000 reward to find him.
