Lego robotics camp teaches young students about new technologies

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Some students spent their Saturday at camp. Georgia Tech's Savannah Campus held their first "creative technology" Saturday. Fourth through eigth graders took part in the fun. Each Saturday will focus on a different theme.

Molly Sousa, the student assistant for the project says, "we do games games galore where they learn how to program video games, they do movies by me where they do quick animations, and then lego they do challenges, the lego leaugue challenges we have set up."

The challenges give students an opportunity to design and build lego robotics systems.
