SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Lots of families took advantage of the nice fall weather in Daffin Park on Saturday.
That's where Amerigroup Community Care and the City of Savannah's Recreation Service held their annual "Safety Palooza".
They had health screenings, free identification badges for children, and lots of other fun stuff like bounce houses, games, and prizes.
Donna Williams of Amerigroup Community Care says, "people really take advantage of the different activities and resources going on. As you see, we have the fire saftey houses here with the fire department so we love it. It grows every year. People love the opportunity to get the resources."
This is third year the group has held the "Safety Palooza" in Savannah.
