Shooting victim identified

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - A roommate who was shot early Friday morning at the Frazier Homes complex has been identified.

Dustin Graham, 20, was shot during a robbery in a boarded-up apartment at Frazier Homes on Emerald Street, according to Savannah-Chatham Metro Police. His roommate Timothy Bostic, 19, was also shot.

Bostic underwent emergency surgery at Memorial University Medical Center, where he is recovering. Graham was declared dead at the hospital. His name had been withheld until his family in Misissippi was notified.

A 17-year-old Savannah man was arrested Friday afternoon after a three-hour standoff with police has been charged with murder and aggravated assault in connection with the shootings.

Anthony Lee Moore surrendered to Criminal Investigation detectives, SCMPD SWAT and Neighborhood Task Force, Patrol and Canine officers at about 1:30 p.m. Friday at a house in the 1100 block of East 58th Street, according to SCMPD.

The standoff began after Moore refused to open the door to speak with detectives for the investigation, according to SCMPD.
