SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - A 16-year-old Savannah teen was arrested and charged with murder on Tuesday.
Jarrett Jones has been charged in connection with the shooting death of 26-year-old Rashaun Bernard Howard on Monday.
Howard was found in his wrecked car with gunshot wounds after he crashed into a parked vehicle on Bulloch Street at West Victory Drive, according to Savannah-Chatham Metro Police. He was pronounced dead at Memorial University Medical Center.
Jones has also been charged with theft by receiving in another case based on evidence found in his house, according to police. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday.
