ECSO: Rincon 'meth cook' turns himself in

RINCON, GA (WTOC) -

A Rincon man who was wanted after four methamphetamine labs were busted over the weekend turned himself in, according to the Effingham County Sheriff's Office.

Charles Morgan  Jr., 36, turned himself in to Sheriff Jimmy McDuffie on Wednesday night.

Morgan ran from deputies on Woodland Drive at the site of one of four meth labs during a bust by the Effingham County Sheriff's Office Drug Suppression Unit, according to the sheriff's office.

Morgan is being held in the Effingham County Jail and has been charged with manufacturing meth.
