The Rock 'n' Roll Marathon is just about two weeks away and communities all over Savannah are gearing up for the big race.

The 26.2-mile race is expected to bring thousands to the city. People staying on Tybee Island are getting some transportation help.

The island is offering a shuttle for $25 roundtrip that will take runners and race attendees from the island to downtown Savannah. The one-way price is $22. There are two pickup locations on Tybee Island:

  • Butler Avenue between 15th Street and 14th Street
  • 4th Street between Jones Avenue and Butler Avenue

The race is Nov. 5.
