SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Happy Tuesday!!

Here's a quick list of the headlines you can expect to see this morning on THE News at Daybreak:

-It's official South Carolina health officials have banned synthetic stimulants.

-It has taken 5 months, but a teenager is in jail this morning accused of vehicular homicide. The wreck happened on Midland Road in April.

-A student has been shot outside of her North Carolina school. We'll have details.

-Some Huddle House employees will get a check from the company. Find out why.

-Don't forget to pick up your jacket as you head out the door this morning. Dave will  explain in his forecast.

-Mark Robertson will let you know if there are any trouble spots to look out for today.

    A stationary front over southern Georgia will gradually dissipate Sunday night. A cold front will come in Tuesday night, then become stationary across the Coastal Empire and Low Country on Wednesday and Thursday before finally heading north as a warm front on Friday.
