SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - The Next Generation and the Children's Hospital at Memorial cut the ribbon on their brand new Toy Lending Library Oct. 27. The library has a variety of toys and educational items for children with special needs. Parents can check items out and turn them back in for others to use.
"Many of those providers have long wanted an ability to refer patients to things that would help them to develop outside and from within the confines of the hospital," said Bill Lee, Memorial University Medical Center Vice President.
Parents and children can check out items from the Toy Lending Library three times a week.
