SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -
There are only a few more days until the inaugural Rock 'n' Roll Marathon.
On Saturday, Team WTOC is hitting the streets with 23,000 other runners.
Fleet Feet has tips to help make race week less overwhelming.
Fleet Feet owner and Rock ‘n' Roll organizer Robert Espinoza said the best thing runners can do this week is rest and eat. They also have to get at least two nights of good sleep.
Eating well-balanced meals has to be a priority. This week, forget about any weight loss plans. Espinoza said that if participants haven't lost those unwanted pounds yet, it is too late now.
