A nationwide manhunt for a Camden County man has ended. Fifty-two--year-old Harold Kinlaw has been arrested in Warrensville, North Carolina, for the kidnapping of his ex-wife and the murder of a US Customs agent. Kinlaw was taken into custody after a citizen heard about him on a police bulletin, spotted him, and called for help.
His ex-wife was rescued, unharmed.
Kinlaw is accused of shooting Felipe Herrera to death Sunday at a home in Brunswick. Kinlaw's ex-wife had apparently been staying there until she could move out of state to get away from him.
