POOLER, GA (WTOC) - Three people face drug charges after a bust on Monday in Pooler by the Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team.
Early Monday afternoon, CNT, the Chatham County Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit and Pooler police conducted a drug operation in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Pooler.
CNT had identified Khalilah Brown, 32, of Pooler, as a Roxicodone dealer, according to CNT. Undercover agents arrested Brown and those involved in a drug sale in the parking lot.
CNT agents then searched the home of Khalilah Brown and her boyfriend, 31-year-old Markwyn Brown, which is located in the 100 block of Yellow Jasmine in Pooler.
The search resulted in the seizure of Roxicodone, various types of pharmaceutical pills and an undisclosed amount of cocaine and marijuana and more than $5,700 in cash, according to CNT.
Brown, Markwyn Brown and Holly Miller, 34, of Savannah, were arrested and charged with felony drug-related charges.
Miller was also arrested on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers, tampering with evidence after fighting with officers and attempting to destroy evidence during her arrest.
Markwyn Brown was on federal release for a previous drug offense.
