SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Labor leaders and community activists are meeting outside the office of U.S. Rep. Jack Kingston to show support for unemployment insurance.
They plan to ask Kingston to support the extension of unemployment insurance, which is set to expire Dec. 31.
Savannah Labor Council President Brett Hulme, Rev. Sam Williams, Faith Missionary Baptist Church, community activists and unemployed workers are participating in the rally.
