Long Co. woman pleads guilty to forgery

LONG CO., GA (WTOC) -

Marla Reddish entered a guilty plea Wednesday in Fulton County Superior Court to one count of first-degree forgery for forging her ex-husband's signature.

Reddish forged a signature on an eligibility form for state health insurance, according to the Georgia Attorney General's Office.

Reddish was sentenced to three year's probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $4,340 in restitution to the Division of Family and Children Services in Long County.

Charges are pending against Reddish in Long County, but will be dismissed if restitution is paid within one year, according to the Georgia Attorney General's Office.
