Two Windsor Forest High School students have been convicted of beating up a teacher in November. The teacher, Cameron Turner, said one student walked into his classroom looking for his cousin. When Turner asked for his ID, the student started punching. Then his cousin joined in, kicking Turner while he was down.
Yesterday both teens admitted to the beating. A judge found them guilty on a various charges including battery on school personnel and disrupting a public school. The teens are being sent to a juvenile detention center outside Savannah where they will serve five years.
