2 suspects wanted on burglary charges

Police are searching for two suspects in connection with an early-morning burglary on Dec. 13 in Bluffton.

Megan Irene Zilko, 27, and Jonathan Robert Shipes, 27, both of Beaufort, were identified by video surveillance in connection with the burglary at the Ultimate Car Wash at 34 Plantation Park Dr.

Officers in the Joint Burglary Task Force between the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office and the Bluffton Police Department worked on the investigation.

Detectives from both agencies quickly gathered physical evidence and identify the suspects.

Bluffton police have warrants out on Zilko and Shipes. Zilko is wanted on two counts of accessory/accessory after the Fact to Felony F. Shipes is wanted on second-degree burglary and grand larceny.

Bluffton police said it's believed the suspects are in the Hardeeville area driving a dark green 1994 Nissan King Cab XE with South Carolina tag FMZ796.
