KINGSLAND, GA (WTOC) - The Camden County Sheriff's Office Drug Task Force arrested two Kingsland men in connection with a drug bust at a home.
The drug force launched a two-month investigation after getting a tip.
Jonathan David Bridges, 24, and Kyle David Gamage 21, both of Kingsland, were arrested and charged with manufacturing marijuana and cruelty to animals.
Deputies carried out a search warrant Tuesday afternoon at a home on Lively Oaks Drive in Kingsland.
A room was set up specifically to grow marijuana indoors, according to the sheriff's office.
Several marijuana plants, equipment used to grow the plants and drug paraphernalia were seized in the search, according to the sheriff's office.
Three dogs were removed from the home, turned over to animal control officers and then taken to the local Humane Society.
Two dogs were found together in a cage and coated in their own feces, according to the sheriff's office.
