SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

There's two shopping days left before Christmas. Consumers spent no time hitting the stores early on Friday for last-minute gift buying.

"I'm actually doing my last-minute Christmas shopping for my nephew, my mother and stepfather," said one shopper.

"I am shopping for my daughter's friend. We're going to meet them after the holidays. I do have a couple of days, but I might as well get out of here with the madness," said shopper Tami Ross.

The Target store on Victory Drive was no exception. Some hot items this year are toys, electronics and the new Nike Air Jordan Concord 11 sneakers.

"It just kind of popped up really quick. I thought I had time until my kids kept talking about it's this weekend. So that's why I'm out right now," said Claudia Chamber, who was out shopping for her four children.

"Right here, it's a pretty good selection. Some of the other stores I went to, it's pretty [picked] over," said another shopper.

Target said they're running at full staff.
