A 15-year-old Hispanic female arrived at the Bulloch County Sheriff's Office on Jan. 11 to file a report concerning a domestic violence incident which occurred at a residence on Cody Lane near Brooklet. The teen also brought her infant child to the sheriff's office. Gustavo Perez-Alvarez, 20, the alleged offender in the domestic dispute also accompanied the teen.
The teen had minor visible injuries. She stated that the injuries were caused by Perez-Alvarez during the domestic dispute. It was determined by deputies that the infant child was the daughter of the teen and Perez-Alvarez and that they had a consensual sexual relationship since 2010.
Given the ages of the parties involved, Perez-Alvarez was charged with Battery, Child Molestation and Statutory Rape. He is being held without bond at the Bulloch County Jail.
