SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - The city of Savannah wants the public's feedback about Comcast, a cable, phone and Internet service provider.
The first of four public meetings being hosted by the city this month takes place at 6 p.m. Monday. The meeings are a chance for the city and Comcast representatives to hear residents' concerns about the company's customer service issues.
Representatives from the city of Savannah and Comcast will be attending the meetings. Comcast will also have customer service representatives at the meetings to work directly with subscribers on issues they may be experiencing.
- Feb. 6, 6 p.m.: Savannah Civic Center Ballroom
- Feb. 7, 6 p.m.: Resurrection of Our Lord Parish Hall, 112 Fell St. (this is a new meeting location)
- Feb. 8, 6 p.m.: W.W. Law Community Center, 909 E. Bolton St.
- Feb. 9, 6 p.m.: Armstrong Center, 13040 Abercorn St.
